Overview

This guide is a walk-through of the steps required to integrate your ShipRush account with eChannelHub.

Once fully integrated, eChannelHub provides the ability to:

  • Automatically download new orders and sync it with your ShipRush account seamlessly via our API
  • Once you create the shipping label in ShipRush, the tracking info gets pulled back to eChannelHub automatically.
  • Tracking info along with the Carrier Code, Class Code (service) and Tracking Number gets posted on the respective marketplace.
  • Mark orders as despatched once processed
  • Send out confirmation emails to customers
  • Update your listings with available stock levels
  • End listings if you run out of stock
  • Automatically relist listings once stock becomes available
