After the order is fulfilled, eChannelHub will send the tracking details to the integrated channel.
Dropship order management
Our multichannel ecommerce platform lets you receive and send order data through SFTP/FTP and emails with a TXT or CSV attachment. We support import of a supplier’s inventory via SFTP/FTP or HTTP location in TXT or CSV format. With our API, suppliers can enjoy immediate access to sales. Our dropship order management system supports various delimiters including semicolon, comma, tilde, tab, and pipe.
