This guide is a walk-through of the steps required to integrate your BigCommerce account with eChannelHub.

Once fully integrated, eChannelHub provides the ability to:

  • Update your listings with available stock levels
  • Import new products created in your store seamlessly
  • Automatically post new orders to your BigCommerce store for fulfilment
  • Once you create the shipping label in BigCommerce store, the tracking info gets pulled back to eChannelHub automatically.
  • Tracking info along with the Carrier Code, Class Code (service) and Tracking Number gets posted on the respective marketplace.
  • Mark orders as despatched once processed
