Overview
This guide is a walk-through of the steps required to integrate your Volusion account with eChannelHub.
Once fully integrated, eChannelHub provides the ability to:
- Update your listings with available stock levels
- Import new products created in your store seamlessly
- Automatically post new orders to your Volusion store for fulfilment
- Once you create the shipping label in Volusion store, the tracking info gets pulled back to eChannelHub automatically.
- Tracking info along with the Carrier Code, Class Code (service) and Tracking Number gets posted on the respective marketplace.
- Mark orders as despatched once processed
- End listings if you run out of stock
- Automatically relist listings once stock becomes available
